·         Andrew would like 3 months supply of the old contact lens prescription and 3 months of the new contact lens prescription. The name on the new lens should be written in his file.

Cleaning Instructions   Figure 1: This is to be used for the Basement Tiles and the Limestone Main Floor Tiles Use the GranQuartz Stone Care System Daily Conditioner/Cleaner How to apply: Add ¾ cup of solution into a 5L bucket of water Make sure it does not become too soapy Mop the designated area with a Cotton Mop     Figure 2: This is to be used when cleaning Andrew's Bedroom Hardwood and TV Room Hardwood Solution: Damp mop slightly with water only. Vacuum the designated area and then use a dry swifter.     Figure 3: This is to be used when cleaning all stone countertop. Solution: GranQuart 3 in 1 Spray Cleaner. How to apply: In an empty spray bottle- add 10 cm of the GranQuartz and dilute the rest of the bottle in water. Shake well Spray solution and wipe with a fabric cloth

The Middle Floor (Foyer Area)   Flooring Floor Vacuum at least once a day Followed by mopping at least twice a week or when necessary because of the dogs. Please see Figure 1 for cleaning instruction   Fireplace Mantel/ Glass Compartments/ Table Needs to be dusted once a week  with a feather duster/swifter Any glass compartments cleaned once a month with Windex and  paper towel Long Brown Table and chairs  dusted with a feather duster once a week   Living Room Floor moped. See Figure 1 for cleaning instructions White fur carpet vacuumed once a week Table and chairs dusted with the a feather duster/swifter once a week Once a month the glass table cleaned with Windex and paper towel   Adjoining Room Floor moped once a week. Please see figure 1 for cleaning instructions Counter top cleaned daily with "GranQuartz 3 in 1 Spray Cleaner. Please see figure 3 for cleaning instructions. Disinfect sinks and countertop by using "Lysol Disinfecting Wipes" If  the oven or stove has been used,  it needs to be cleaned with "Easy Off" please follow instructions on the container All plates, glasses and cutlery need to be cleaned by inserting them into the dishwasher and using " Cascade" dishwasher detergent. Once dishwasher finished place back in designated area      The main sink cleaned everyday with dish soap and water The main sink cleaned everyday with dish soap and water. Clean main sink 3x a week with Stainless Steel cleaner "Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner" follow directions on the box. This product can be used for microwave, fridge trim and oven-from the outside. Spray and wipe with fabric cloth Anything out of its place needs to be put back daily The garbage needs to go out daily or when necessary Recycling needs to go out before pick up date. To clean silver – please use " Hagerty – Tarnish Preventive Silver Polish" and follow directions.   Sitting room by the kitchen Couches cleaned with Leather Conditioner "Aldo Leather Enhancer" every month and dusted daily Clean glass table with Windex and paper towel once a week Carpet needs to be vacuumed once a week    The Fridge/Freezer Cleaned out twice a month of all expired food Clean glass drawers in fridge and all of its surroundings need to be cleaned with safe multipurpose cleaner and paper towel once a month   The Drink Cooler Fully stocked everyday with water, pop, beer and etc…..
